We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Laurie at Extra Space Storage on 7720 Farley. From the moment we arrived, Laurie was incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution. We are currently in the middle of a stressful move where it has felt like one thing after another just hasn’t worked out. Laurie completely changed that experience for us. She went above and beyond, taking the time to show us several different units, explain our options, and help us figure out what would work best for our situation. We never felt rushed or pressured—she simply wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been another stressful part of our move into one of the first things that actually felt easy. Laurie didn’t just rent us a storage unit; she helped solve a problem that had been weighing heavily on us and gave us some much-needed peace of mind. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly difficult to find, and Laurie is an exceptional example of what it should look like.
