The manager at the Mastin location went above and beyond to allow me to close on a parking spot. He went out of his way to show me around and figure out the best price. Very friendly, informative and helpful

I just signed my lease paperwork today and received a tour to my storage unit. Access is secure and very clean, with straightforward entry to access my unit. I unfortunately can't recall the name of the lady who helped me, but she was extremely friendly and explained how the process would work -- I've never rented storage before. Definitely recommend Beyond Self Storage based on my experience so far. Update at the end of my time here. Just called to ask a question and had a nice conversation with the assistant manager working tonight. In my time using Extra Space Storage, I've rarely had to speak with anyone but they've always been professional and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend this location for your storage needs.
