the manager donna is nice , but this place is deceiving .. described as ground level and when you get there after you paid .. guess what .. NOT GROUND LEVEL.. and if you want ground level .. more then DOUBLE !! no one has business cards . complete scam ! Donna said this is what happens all the time because this company does business this way and she has worked for other storage companies and it’s different. also said other storage companies have business cards . Do not rent here . same your time and money !

I leased a unit two weeks ago and on my 2nd visit I arrived to find my unit blocked by pallets of boxes totally blocking acces to my storage unit. The manager told me the people who had dropped off the pallets just left and they cannot do anything except call the person. This is a building that markets itself that it is only accessible or open when managers are on duty. If managers cannot control the blocking of someones unit as part of their daily responsibilities then that is a clear disadvantage. I am told by the managers that there is nothing they can do to guarentee this will not happen again in the future. I requested a higher level of management to contact with my frustration and was told they would not give out any "names or numbers" of their upper level management. Terrible experience. I would give no stars if possible.
