Michelle has been great keeping me up on my account activity. Last month I paid my monthly bill through my banks bill pay. The unit number was wrong, she caught it; call me and inform me so it’s not credited to the wrong person because of an oversight. Now my second bil, and I overpaid by $75. Michelle called and informed me, so I can correct my error again. Thanks you Michelle for your outstanding service.
