Online, over the phone to on-site was hassle-free. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I've rented storage units in the past and wanted to know if I could use my previous lock and show proof of insurance from my home owner's policy. Both the rep over the phone and the manager on-site made this verification process easy. The facility and unit were easy to get to. Well lit, plenty of carts to use and clean. I had climate control issues in the past and wanted to be sure my stored items didn't get damaged from heat exposure. Very please with the location and management of the facility.

Extra Storage Space has been a reliable support for me over the past year and a half. The speed of their service has truly been a lifesaver. I must also commend the staff, especially at the Old Harford Road location—they are professional and very helpful. Ms. Sarah, in particular, has consistently gone above and beyond to assist.
