If I could give zero stars, I would. After one year of being a customer, my bill jumped by $58 — a 69% increase overnight. There was no added service, no upgrade, no explanation other than corporate greed. It feels downright predatory: they lure you in with a reasonable rate, then once they have all your belongings locked away in their facility, they slam you with a massive price hike because they know you’re stuck. Moving everything out isn’t easy, and they take full advantage of that fact. Storage should be about peace of mind, not stress and exploitation. Instead, this company has shown me they value profit over people. If you’re considering them, be warned — you may think you’re getting a fair deal at first, but you’ll quickly learn the hard way how their business model really works. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. 7/22/2026 - UPDATE - they have raised my monthly rate AGAIN. I am now paying double what I was less than tow years ago when I moved my stuff in storage. This is predatory. When I called to ask why they told me they "reflect the current market". Not sure what market he was talking about but I cannot imagine a market that has doubled in two years. At some point at their headquarters they must have come up with this hostage strategy. They has worked with an actuary/consulting firm and decided that it's more profitable for them to run a business like this than put the customer first. 7/22/26 - UPDATE 2 - I checked with a place just 5 miles up the road and for the same exact unit I would pay less than $31.00/month (and first month free). This is predatory and they cannot justify this. Please be warned.
