Property is well kept and maintained. The manager, Darnell, is great ! Update: they've had some recent updates, and the property is even more lovely. They have a new gate system, which is much better than they had before.

Friendly staff. Was able to see the unit and rent on same day. Special deal for walk-in rental in-person. Easy code access or app gate access. Insurance protection and pro-rating available. Whole process took about 30 minutes or less.
