I had to move from my home to a temporary living situation and had way too many household items and furniture to bring with me. I found Extra Space Storage Space in O'Fallon online and am so glad that I did! The facility is clean and organized and I feel so safe storing my belongings there. I chose a climate-controlled unit on the main floor which gives me the comfort of knowing that my possessions are protected in the same type of environment as they would be in a home. The phone app is so easy to navigate to access my account, change payment information and get into the facility when I need to. The owners at this location is very responsive, extremely kind and helpful! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs to store their treasured belongings!! Also, Zachary was more than helpful getting me through some issues (on my end) upon my move out. Very kind and understanding!
