The property and units are very clean. Parking near units is good. The promotional price was great and even after it expired. But then another few months later there was another increase of almost $100. Not cool. The elevator was broken for 2 weeks and no notification was sent out and of course that was the time period we rented a truck and paid people to help us move everything into the unit. Not happy about that whole situation. Called office and they gave us 2 weeks credit which was nice but that didn’t help moving furniture and boxes up two flights of steps. Couldn’t even use the carts because there was no elevator. Would never get second floor unit. Other than that mess up all was satisfactory.

Great experience. Booked online and arrived 20 minutes later and unit was ready to go and lock we purchased was waiting for us in unit. Great experience. Staff treated at our unit to make sure we had everything we needed.
