My Initial experience was just ok I chose extra space storage simply for a larger unit at a cheaper price then I was currently paying Unfortunately I met Ryan Murphy storage manager as I was planning to vacate my storage unit He helped me every way possible and he was extremely knowledgeable, profession, and available for my questions and concerns I highly recommend extra space storage now no matter what other unprofessional storage companies are charging June 6 2024 was going to move out but Ryan worked out an exceptional plan to save me money and time The prices here are better than public storage I was able to call someone and speak to the store manager directly(he has always been available ) Five Star experience best customer service Another great experience Giovanna not only saved me money but gave me great options to make my move painless Just renewed at a great rate even better Customer Service this is a five star storage facility. I highly recommend with my highest rating. Another Great experience and extra space storage on cuthbert Boulevard in My mother just passed and I have a good amount of stuff in storage that I’d like to switch to a smaller unit Turns out Matthew the store manager Found a way To extend my current lease to give me time to work out all the details He was able to accommodate me in under five minutes And gave me tons of rental options Five star service. I definitely recommend this location. Renewing my storage unit once again because of the great customer service Mat made it easy for me to either move my stuff in another unit or to get something that’s more in my budget I won’t be using any other storage facility other than Extra space storage Unparalleled customer service and helped me with a difficult situation quickly and easily Just renewed again great service This is a five star location The site manager is often available and can negotiate all the options that are best for you like they did for me
