Shawn is phenomenal. Extremely friendly and helpful. I had booked a unit online but in the middle of moving we realized the unit was too small. Shawn helped us right then and there to upgrade to a bigger unit without impacting our move. He even looked at the original unit to see if he could suggest things being rearranged first to fit.
