Very helpful personne! Shawn explained how to accesss entrance into the storage entrance. Brought me into the storage area that I'm renting & showed me use of my lock & check that the storage bin is secure. He explained the times available to having access to the storage. TY Shawn!

I needed to find a certain size unit and he went above and beyond excellent customer service in setting me up with unit that was perfect. I was helped by Shawn at the ExtraSpace Storage near my home when signing up for a new unit. He was so friendly and helpful with the process. I received very timely follow up on my sign up for services. The location of this business is also PERFECT and feels very secure. I was done and ready to go in about 20 minutes total. Five stars!
