Overall a good storage unit and would recommend. Convenient hours. Always clean, good customer service, and my items in the storage unit were kept in perfect condition. 4 stars because the price went up significantly (monthly payment doubled) over the year. That may be standard pricing, but it seemed excessive.

My Initial experience was just ok I chose extra space storage simply for a larger unit at a cheaper price then I was currently paying Unfortunately I met Ryan Murphy storage manager as I was planning to vacate my storage unit He helped me every way possible and he was extremely knowledgeable, profession, and available for my questions and concerns I highly recommend extra space storage now no matter what other unprofessional storage companies are charging June 6 2024 was going to move out but Ryan worked out an exceptional plan to save me money and time The prices here are better than public storage I was able to call someone and speak to the store manager directly(he has always been available ) Five Star experience best customer service

I had the best experience when acquiring this storage space. The manager onsite is excellent with great people skills and understand what the customer needs is and helps accordingly. He helped me understand the policy and the general rules of the storage, and asked me to call him if ever have question or require any assistance. They will be renovating the outside to match the other newer storage units. I think this place is great specially with the help of the manager. Thanks
