I cannot say enough good things about the Extra Space Storage facility on Route 516 in Old Bridge New Jersey. I have been renting at this location on and off over the past 5 years and I always have an incredibly positive experience here. ?? One of the things that makes my experience so positive is the office manager, Tiffany. Tiffany is truly an exceptional person and an an exemplary representative of Extra Space Storage. Over the years, Tiffany has helped me and my partner through numerous changes, including moving in and out of different storage units and figuring out what worked best for our circumstances. Every single time, she has been incredibly patient, accommodating, professional, kind, and understanding. She never makes you feel like you're just another customer standing at the desk. She genuinely listens, remembers you, and goes out of her way to help. In other words she makes you feel like family ?? What makes Tiffany especially special is that her kindness goes far beyond excellent customer service. She is simply a wonderful human being. She has shown me so much warmth and compassion over the years, and every interaction with her has left me feeling that I was treated with genuine care and respect. She is the kind of person who makes you grateful that you happened to walk through that particular door. Extra Space Storage is incredibly fortunate to have her. Tiffany is an absolute asset to the company, and I am genuinely grateful for every kindness she has shown me and my partner over the years. I also want to mention her colleague, Pete, who is also womderful!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Pete today and he was equally professional and courteous. The staff at Extra Space is the reason I keep coming back. Thank you for all you do ????
