My overall experience with extra space storage on eagle ranch rd & paradise was great. The storage i got had shelves which helped organize and save on space. Also the gate had digital access from the app to make opening the gate easy. The manager there is friendly and will help you out with any concerns. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the rate increase was a little much but I called the manager and he was able to get me a little discount which helped for the last few months I was there. I would recommend this storage to family and friends and I would also use again if needed.

The employees were so much help in answering all of my question when I first got the unit. Asking how many bedrooms. Size of couches and what they recommend was a perfect fit for my whole house to be stored. Also they are willing to work with you on payments, my pay date fell a couple days early of payday and they worked with me to get it up to date with no hassle
