Had a great experience, the representative that assisted us was amazing and helped us find the best deal and space that we required. Would definitely recommend anyone come here if you’re in need of quick temporary storage or long term as well as great customer service. *Facility #1465 - Assistant manager, Leah Rate of overall experience: 5 ? I have to say my experience was top notch! We stopped in to get a feel for the place. We were greeted by Leah and her genuine friendly smile. We weren't sure about which size unit we'd need and Leah took us for a tour and answered all our questions, no pressures to pick a unit size, it was refreshing not feeling pressured. My husband and I wanted to talk over which size unit we'd need before deciding and we did so over lunch. We decided Extra Space Storage was our choice and I went online and reserved a unit and then drove back to the facility. Leah helped us finish up the process and we moved into our 10×15 the next day! Rate the facility: 5? The facility is big, well kept, easy access, climate controlled indoor units with elevators. They offer hand carts for moving your stuff easier. There are very clean and well lit halls and units. and The facility is extra secure with code access gates and doors, and there are plenty of cameras everywhere. Did I mention that the assistant manager, Leah at facility #1465 is the best?! Well she is. Thanks Leah for all your help.
