We rented a 10x20 space to store a vehicle over the winter, from November 1, 2025 thru April 30, 2026 for $176/month, paid up front. Facility is conveniently located, easily accessible, clean, and well lit. Temperature control is exceptional, unlike another local storage company we've been with for many, many years, where the dampness has ruined the equipment stored there. Local management for ESS has always been helpful and friendly. I've read many complaints about price, and I can't disagree. When our initial lease period was ending, we received a postcard stating the monthly fee had gone up to $256. An $80 increase. We needed to extend our lease time for two months and were given a more reasonable rate of $216/month. I don't know how any long term storage would work out, but for the short term, we were satisfied with everything from check-in to check-out.

Let me first start of with Jennifer! She was a pleasure to work with she got me a unit, showed me a list of all available units let me see which ones I was interested in, I place the reservation for the following week but then liked another unit better and she did everything on her to change it to no additional cost (since I hadn’t moved in yet and she didn’t see a reason why anyone would charge a transfer fee like her coworker was trying to charge me when she asked for some help) she got it done changed it we got the unit I wanted and she was a bright bubbly and amazing personality!!! Now this morning the store manager was there and my gosh she was a delight as well! (HR you are definitely picking great people) she helped me make it active today because I needed it switch due to moving stuff and she did it on the spot quick easy and efficient! I have loved my experience here and would HIGHLY recommend!

Clay location is amazing. Always a cart ready. Easy to get in and out. Clean spaces and Risa (sp) is very helpful. Spoke to her by phone when choosing a room and learning the layout. Smooth process done by phone including all paperwork and signatures. Very modern facilities, nice locks. 2nd time using them. Happy customer. Good customer service. ??
