Original review: Just moved in today. The attendant, Matt, was a super nice guy and very helpful finding my unit. I will say they are a little pricey, but you're definitely getting your money's worth. The facility is very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend for long or short term storage. After 4 years: The temperature control is spotty. I have noticed certain items collect mold over time. There's also evident rodents, many poops on things. The wire mesh on the top of the units means your things are exposed to a lot of air with little protection from roof leaks. The drive function is excellent, but the consistently rising price is getting ridiculous so I am looking to liquidate everything I have in there. I still would recommend them, but only for 1-2 years maximum before they price gouge you.
