I was so pleased with the quality of the storage unit and the customer service I received from Justin C in helping me obtain a unit for the Not-for-Profit board that I serve on. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who is in need of one. We researched many sites and visited them as well. This was the best price with clean units and friendly staff. I felt very comfortable making the decision to rent here at 7511 Henry Clay Blvd.

Would have given 5 stars, but there wasn't anyone in the office when we got there. The sign said the office was open until 6pm on week days. We got there @ 5;30 and the office was locked up tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

My experience has been very positive from the unit itself, the ease of getting to it, the price is excellent. But I met the manager and he couldn't have been nicer and helpful! I'm only renting it for a short time, but next spring cleaning spree...? Yeah, I'll renting again!

Good price and the location isn’t that bad. I live in Syracuse so it’s like a 15 mins drive. The day I moved in it was snowing and the manager came down from the other store and shoveled out my unit. So far I have no complaints. I got an outside 10 x 10 unit, also check office hours to make sure someone is there if you need assistance moving into a unit.
