This was an excellent example of how well the staff is prepared. My wife had rented a unit with the 800 number - they insisted I could fit into a 8x5 - as soon as we walked in Jenn treated us like we have know her her entire life. She also knew our names beforehand and addressed us by name when we showed up. Jen looked at my truck and said this won’t work. This is where it could have gone bad - but instead Jen was quick to answer and solve all our storage needs and questions and got us in a great unit close to the elevator - climate controlled - showing concern for the safety of our items. She was understanding, caring, kind, patient and most of all she listened to us and our antics and after everything was said and done - me and my wife have never felt better or more confident that our items are safe. This location has a lot of security features if that’s what you’re looking for, and very reasonable pricing, and I say reasonable pricing bc if that’s how Jen works normally with her clients I’m happy knowing it’s her we can depend on. Thank you to Jen for being able to accommodate us and make a bad situation into a memorable experience. You’re a very sweet young lady.

Great service, great location, outgoing, friendly courteous staff. The staff seems to really care about their customers- as I always see them cleaning or walking around making sure everything is in working order. I met jen earlier , I guess making her rounds and she asked how I was doing and how my unit was working out for me and overall just checking in on clients makes me feel safe and comfortable and holding down a friendly conversation. She was very kind and actually commented on how organized my unit was, it was quite funny. 10/10 service.

Came in just to see about renting and noticed some of the units were a little cheaper here - I was met by Jenn who was able to provide me with all information regarding storing with Extraspace . She went through all my questions with ease and patience. I feel really good about this company and I will most definitely be coming back here or the Kings Park location.
