Signing up online was easy, and Maginnis called soon after to tell me what hours the office would be open to verify my ID, which was very helpful—I might have arrived too early if I hadn’t gotten that call. They were also very helpful in explaining everything to me and demonstrating how the app and locks work. The reduced height storage lockers are kinda weird and hard to access with the provided ladders but I had prepared myself for that in advance. First rate customer service
