I had a great experience with the same company out of state, but now 3 months into storage the price was increased from 134 to 220$, which I noticed on my billing statement after 3 months of charges. Was told I should have received a “post card” in the mail noting price increase… I get electronic statements… and that it happens to everyone but if I wait 48 hours they can negotiate rate back down… what about the 256$ taken from Me… apparently lease states a possibility of charge increase - would not expect that in 3 months it would go up 64%. Trying to move belongings out of storage before we have a new home is also a huge financial burden. Never imagined such a well known large company would take advantage of customers like this.

Very easy setup process, extremely friendly staff, Vicki was very helpful in getting me setup during my initial visit to the location. The rates are very reasonable, unit was clean, and the facility is simple to navigate. I’m super pleased with my selection.
