I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, mainly because of Donald. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He took his time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was clean, well-lit, and secure, but Donald’s customer service really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Because of him, I’d definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for storage.

This is by far the best storage facility I’ve ever used. Clean, safe, with fair prices and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Maginnis and Donald provide outstanding customer service and continue to exceed my expectations every time I speak with them. I had a unit here previously in 2019 and another now currently, and I will absolutely continue to come here for my storage needs going forward.
