I had my stuff stored here over three years. I moved out and the manager supposedly checked the unit two people. I drove all the way from Austin. He says he would send me a refund for automatic draft. So when I called back he said my voice mail was not set up it’s shaking his every one else was able to leave a message. That I could not get a refund because I broke and cut the lock off. First of all zi am a woman how would zi know how to do that. I left a previous closed lock on the floor from when I forgot to lock it they called me out of town said had been some break in. But when we went to put the new lock on I had accidentally left the old one inside the unit because I rose with someone rude that day to storage. Well they are not giving me a refund because he had to replace the latch. That’s why I tried to get my money back when they seen it coming out my account days before I knew they would lie and pull some crap like this. Don’t use this place it leaked in my unit for years and they did nothing about it. Danny the manager is not truthful person.

Luminary manicure chipped on day 4, then again on day 5 and 7. I’m super bummed out, I was so excited! I’ve heard from others (who have gone to different places) that they last for weeks! Service was good, they did offer to fix the chips but my husband is gone for work for a couple months and I can’t get a sitter very often so trying to get a sitter for a second appointment exactly a week later wasn’t an option and they have a no kids rule. I’ve had regular gel last longer than this? So maybe just don’t do luminary/structured manicure?

I had an excellent experience at Extra Space Storage. The manager, Danny, went above and beyond to help update my father’s information and even provided us with a discounted rate for our stay. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Outstanding customer service like this truly makes a difference. Highly recommend this location!
