Jonathon the manager will lie to you on the phone. We called on the 5th (our payment isn't due until the 6th) asking if we could pay the last month right then and pay the next month on the 6th. He told us to to hold off on payment while he looked into something and he would call us back the next day. Wellhe never did and then we got hit with auction fees before he supposedly called us back on the 11th. We want to escalate this issue to the district manager but that seems impossible. Don't rent here unless you get everything in writing and don't deal with Jonathon.

The manager, Johnathan, will tell you to hold off on making a payment while he looks into something then never calls you back before you get more fees. When asking for the district manager, it's impossible to get ahold of. Johnathon will lie and say he called you back but it was over a week after he told you he would call back the next day Update since they sent me the link to leave a review without checking to see if I had already. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! The rent foubles every 3 months and if you don't catch it first you have to pay then fight it where they say they will do you a favor and lower it, but it still jacks it up by $20. Customer support is horrible. And the longer you are with them, the more you feel like you are just a number to the company. I'm paying $88 for a 8x10 that was $67 last month. Extra space does not care about their customers at all and I wish the old owners of this particular storage unit had never sold. They would hate what extra space has done. Ever since extra space took over the property, things have just gone downhill. They spent money on a new office but the buildings themselves are not being taken care of anymore. And they raised rent. They will also throw a lock on your unit even after you pay on the 6the over the phone and here 10 days later it's still not removed. There is also no way to get ahold of anyone for questions as their email us feature doesn't work on their website.
