I have been an Extra Space customer and had a positive experience with the onsite staff, but my attempt to lease a commercial space has been extremely frustrating. The process has taken three months, and for two of those months, commercial property manager Jeff Velderraint did not return my emails. Now that I have finally received the lease, he refuses to answer basic questions about terms that conflict with my disclosed business operations or connect me with a supervisor who can. Clear communication and basic lease clarification should not be this difficult.
We apologize for the frustrating experience Meredith. Unanswered emails and unresolved lease questions are unacceptable. Please call us at (801) 383-2098 to connect with a supervisor.
