Regarding my experience renting a 10x25 storage unit: I was unable to obtain my access code online until I went in person to verify my identity—something that proved difficult for me, as I was not in the area yet needed the space immediately to move my belongings in. I was finally able to do so three days later. The unit itself had two large pipes—water pipes, or something similar—protruding significantly from the wall, and there was no lighting fixture to allow me to see inside; consequently, I cancelled the unit. I requested a refund right then and there, though I did not receive the full amount back. I subsequently found another facility offering the same amount of space for less money, and with lighting included.

We also recognize that the unit conditions with the two large pipes protruding from the wall and the lack of a lighting fixture made the space unsuitable for your storage needs.
