It's been a little over 2 years since my move in review and my Extra Space Storage is well run. If I've had any problems, like the gate being stuck once, the manager is available and helpful. The main issue I've had have been rate increases but the manager Kayla helped me out last year by reducing it for 9 months until recently when it was increased by $29 for next month and then I have insurance on top of that. I called about the recent increase and asked if there was anything that could be done and Kayla helped me again by reducing it to a more manageable amount. I may eventually be able to move out but I'd rather stay for now and Kayla clearly works on customer retention with good customer service.

I’m happy to say I have only praise for this place & its employees! Kayla’s been so helpful when I experienced fraud on my bank card & had to change my information. She’s pleasant and diligent-so refreshing. Thanks to all! Today I had a wonderful experience here again! Kayla made transferring to a larger unit effortless-if it was anywhere else I would’ve hesitated & missed out, but I knew if she was working I could inquire about a space right across the hall & she set us up in minutes! Always a joy to receive such wonderful customer service. BTW Both units are very clean.
