I cannot recommend this Extra Space Storage location enough, specifically because of Tammy. Moving and storing items can be so overwhelming, but Tammy has the sweetest heart and truly made us feel at ease. She went above and beyond to meet us halfway and make sure our needs were met. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care—thank you, Tammy!

Tammy was amazing! She was incredibly nice, helpful, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions with patience and had such a positive attitude every time I interacted with her. Great customer service like hers really stands out. The employees are pretty rude, and for some reason feel the need to be in everyone's business all the time. If you put even the smallest of trash items into their trash, they will upcharge you an extra hundred bucks that month and then raise your rent to an unreasonable amount. I liked that it was 24 hours a day, because I have a hectic schedule, but I'd rather go somewhere else to spend my money, since its apparently not okay to spend 6ish hours organizing a unit and loading a vehicle to move things out, as I was told that I was spending too much time in my unit. This was after nearly 3 months of not being there even a single time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this places headaches. Also, the area is rough nowadays. Watch 2 friends shot, and one died, right next door at the Quality Inn last year. All told, 1/10 highly discourage anyone from renting a unit here.
