Nicole is the absolute best storage manager I have ever interacted with in my 11 years of having a storage unit across this nation while serving in the military. She is very understanding and puts herself in the customers shoes at every interaction explaining and helping where needed. I wish other storage managers could take note from her! I have had a wonderful experience with this facility since our move here in late 2022. I believe Bob was our original contact - but each person since has been great. My only concern is rate increases that seem to come out of nowhere. In the past, staff was very accommodating and adjusted my rate appropriately. Updating this review. I had a concern regarding a rate increase and worked with Nicole to arrive at a far more reasonable monthly rate. Checked in with Christie to see if "all was good" and it was. Christie is especially personable - as many other reviewers have noted. You have a happy client in me!
