Stored my furniture here 2 years and never had any issues. They went above and beyond customer service. Helping me a few times when they didn’t have to. Just good people and super safe and my units were all the way in back. Well lit and safe. Highly recommend them.

The Store Manager, Ms.Terri was very polite, very nice, and helpful with my moving needs. I first went the the location at Cahaba but there weren’t any available units for the size I needed. Ms.Terri had the exact unit space that I needed, the rental process went smooth and I was even shown the unit that I rented . Great people person and customer service. I would definitely recommend to location.
