      I pulled up to this location I haven’t had the need for a storage unit before. I was a little apprehensive reading some reviews but I think they seem a bit targeted because the young woman behind the counter, Purity, was more than helpful and kind things seemed clean and well put together.

      This facility does not care about its customers. Purity is the manager and it's like dealing with a child trying to work with her. I've had my unit for about 40 days and I'm pulling all of my stuff out of there and never spending my money with extra space again because of purity. She calls way too much and only gives you partial information. She kept telling me to come in when I told her the unit is just in my name I don't manage it or the items that go into it and I'm over an hour away. The whole time I could actual handle my issues over the phone instead but this child is adamant about me coming in. So I end up with a late fee I never had to have. Now guess what..... As soon as I get charged the late fee now all of the sudden this little girl tells me all the other options. I asked her to remove the fee because of all of the partial information AND because my app was just spinning every time I tried to use it. She refused to help me and when I spoke to the district manager he spoke to me any kind of a way, would barley let me talk and treated me inappropriately. He kept saying I don't know what was said instead of helping me and listening. Extra space will never get my business again especially with incompetent staff Purity and her district manager. I hate people like that, your customers are the only reason your business has money. Don't mistreat the people that make you
