Your employee Kia was excellent!!! The entire experience was fantastic. I currently rent three units from extra space down in Florida. I am relocating to Alabama and Kia made the experience seamless. I had specific needs with a short timeline and she went above and beyond by contacting me after she did some research on availability. Once I got to the location, she took me out to the units to verify that everything suited our needs which I did. She also walked us around to make sure that we knew the best way to bring in the trailers and which doors to use. She was also very clear about payment methods and how to navigate the new app. I also saw her deal with an upset customer who was upset because there was a lock on the unit due to nonpayment. She not only greeted them with a smile, but worked through it for a solution continuing to smile.
