Met with Purity today at the crestwood location. I went to two other facilities before this (Odenton, and Vestavia) ( I would not suggest going to those locations the attitudes they have there apparently they dont want to do business) spoke with a customer service rep named Tara, and spoke with another individual named Christy( hopefully i spelled that correctly). Because of Purity walking and talking with and answering my Questions before I knew I had any, and explaining the unit. Because of Christy showing concerned and even looking up better facilities and giving me suggestions on places to go. And because of Tara the customer sevice rep addresse my concerns all 3 apologize for my experience and didnt talk to me they acted as if they appreciate my patronage was why I decided to do business with them.. all 3 deserves raises promotions accommodations. They made a person feel valued
