This review is specifically related to the contract process for two storage units. Kyle assisted me on the phone so that I could pay for 6 months in advance to ensure that my promotional rate doesn't get increased during that longer period. The process of reserving the units for a future move-in date works much better if you call them since their online form only allows you to select a move in date up to one week later (I needed a move in date of 10 days later). I filled out all of my personal information online in a simple form, and then called to make the payment over the phone with a credit card. While the rentals are month-to-month, you do have to electronically sign a rental agreement. This was also very simple. Kyle was extremely helpful in explaining the agreement process, providing some information about how things would go on my move-in date, and also gave me some tips for payments. Overall, the sign-up was an easy and painless experience. I'll come back and give a separate review on the facility once I've moved in.

They took care of me when I got locked out of unit. They took care of me when the lock I bought from them seized up. They took care of me and I appreciate it. When I emptied my storage, they were closed and before I could call they let me know it was taken care of.

I signed up to rent a space and upon arriving at the faculty everything was ready for me. The staff is ver knowledgeable and friendly, and took time to explain everything! Very clean, organized and safe!
