By far the cleanest storage unit I have ever seen!!!!! Easy Access, dont have to worry about keeping up with a key! Great Customer Service! I would definitely only use this company if I ever need a storage again

The manager, Brandon is extremely nice and extremely helpful with my upgrading of my account and making sure that my doors opened properly and explained transfer in explicit detail. It was an excellent experience and I enjoyed talking with him.. I do highly recommend Extra storage space to anyone who needs A little more space.

Brandon Mcelyea (District Team Lead) was extremely helpful. We are renting 6 units for a local non profit for use during the holidays. Brandon promptly responded to our phone call and met three of us at the property for a tour. He then allowed us to "save" these units for a time until our group could meet and discuss. Later, upon renting the 6 units, Brandon helped us download the app and taught us how to use it. (This training was given to older adults who are not necessarily tech savvy so an extra patient effort on his part. He made sure we had his contact information in case we experience problems in the future.) The property was spotlessly clean and seems particularly secure. We are very happy with our choice.

I originally rented from this place because it was convenient with the location and I was allowed to enter at late hours which fits my schedule. Since the new company took over, we now have certain hours that we are allowed to enter our storage units which I still don't like very much but I'm getting used to. Other than that the staff is super sweet, the units are clean and the convenience of the app being able to add friends just for a moment if you need them to go pick something up is really nice I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

If I could give them more stars I would. I didn't need a unit after moving like I thought. I can say this that Storage Express went out of their way to hold and help me with the units. It's so refreshing to find a company that did and would go that far for their customers or possible ones. They will be a company I will go back to if I need storage I will never pick another place to store my things
