I’ve rented with Extra storage in several cities in US, and always found the facilities to be clean, easily accessible and the staff to be friendly and helpful. Sammy, the manager at the facility in West Hwy 73 in Huntsville, AL is absolutely exceptional! Her friendly attitude and exceptional customer service are top notch!

Extra Storage us a great place to store your goodies tools furniture and stuff in general. The online specials n sign-ups are quick and easy. Staff follows up and abrupt to help you make changes such as rates indoor outdoor size n locations. Keep up the great customer care ladies. A++ ??

I need more stars, what an experience. I have a unit with Life Storage and I am trying to downsize. I made an appointment with Jeremy Dosset to see a unit directly across from the one I have. He was very courteous, helpful, and professional yet approachable . Jeremy told me about specials that were available now and future ones. He was able to help me and another customer very effectively and simultaneously. Life Storage I hope you realize what an outstanding employee you have in Jeremy Dosset?
