Had a wonderful experience with the lady that I did business with. Her name is Ray and she is very nice and knowledgeable about the units. Was thinking about a 5 by 5 unit but she showed me what it looked like in size and she suggested I would go with a bigger unit cause of the size of items I would be storing in unit. Which she was 100 % correct I did need bigger one. I want to give Ray a big thank you.

The entire staff at the Jeff Rd Extra Space location are courteous, caring, and extremely helpful. I have had the best experience with the units as well. The buildings that house the units are very clean and staff is very attentive to what is going on inside. I have always felt my items are safe and secure.
