Jeremey was extremely helpful, he walked me through the store and explained every detail. He listened very well when I explained to him that had some issues with accessibility due to an injury, in doing so he was able to get me a unit that was not hard for me to get to. I truly appreciate his patience with me, this is the best best experience I’ve ever had with storage!

The people who work at Life Storage/Extra Space are great - I was always treated well by them, and they knew how to solve any problems I had. The facility is reasonably well maintained, and I felt that my belongings were secure. HOWEVER, the monthly rent for my storage unit went up by thirty percent in less than two years, which I found to be less than promising.
