I started my rental process online and it was quick and easy. When I got to the finalizing payment page, my card declined for some odd reason. I decided to drive up to the location and Vickey was amazing. She pulled up the reservation I had started online and than she completed my reservation with no problem. The entire process took less than 5 mintues. The facility is very clean and I feel safe with my things there due to how secure the building is. I have always used Extra Space Storage (Carmichael Road) and I recommend this location. Ms. Vickey ensured me my things are in great hands and I trust/believe they are.

I had the most wonderful experience with Ms. Vickey. She was such a big help with an awesome personality. I'm going through a lot but she made the storage part a lighter weight for me. I highly suggest you all to come to the Carmichael Road location. You won't regret it. Clean and safe
