Renting anything remotely without any knowledge of a facility is always a little unsettling. But Kari (sp?) couldn't have made it any more stress free. She was courteous, thorough, gave me options along with her perspective as to what option was best for my needs. And when I showed up to take possession, her counsel proved to be right on the mark. Plus she was as polite, courteous and helpful in person as she was on the phone.

Kary was amazingly helpful!! She made our move so much smoother than it would’ve been without her. We needed a place to store my car for a month, and this worked out cheaper than any other parking solution (or storage unit, for that matter!) The promo price was incredible, move-in was contactless and pain-free, and the instructions were all there in the email with everything we needed. 100% will store here again! Thank you, Kary!!
