I am brand new to using a storage unit and I had no idea what to expect. Gilbert with Extra Storage Space on Elliott road was very informative, transparent and patient. He walked me through the whole process, and showed me the two units I was trying to decide between. Upon first impression, the property felt clean, safe, and have helpful amenities like flatbed pushcarts. Needless to say, I felt comfortable signing a lease to rent one of their storage units.

I worked with Gilbert today and he was the BEST! He spent time answering all my questions all. Since I’ve never rented a storage unit before, I was a little shy and afraid of how the process worked. He really took the time to make me feel everything was going to be OK. Absolutely a wonderful experience!
