Currently my experience is fresh and only by phone but so far my experience is already incredible! Firstly with my initial contact with Laya and her time with me on our call, getting me set up with my unit, answering all my questions, following through on every detail and not making me feel like I was just a number on the phone she was attempting to get through. Laya is a rare Customer Concierge Agent who is truly genuine at heart and interested in really making a difference. She will go far. I was also lucky enough to speak with Crystal on my 2nd call and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She comes across as a hard working, true service small business owner who cares about her clients' satisfaction in the services she provides.
