There are not many big named storage facilities that will work with you like William has at my storage location. He has gone above and beyond when it comes to assisting me with my account. I have fallen delinquent twice so far and he has saved me from losing all of my belongings because he cared about what was happening with me. This has been a difficult year, with a family member passing away recently. If it were not for William, I would have lost so much more. Thanks William, for knowing how to care for your customers in a way that big conglomerates have lost sight of. On top of that, they are clean, quiet and super friendly at this property! We needed a storage space to go through excess stuff that has accumulated. We rented from this facility when it was a different company years ago and it was horrible. We were pleasantly surprised to find out it's been completely remodeled and is neat and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I would recommend this facility if you're looking for storage!
