Extra Space Storage at 765 E Baseline Rd

Update: unfortunately I have to change my review because when I initially came here place was phenomenal. However, since I have come back, it has gone completely downhill. I had gone temporarily to another company that was closer to my home strictly out of convenience and they raised my price to 70% more than what I started with within three years AFTER the promotional limit passed. I called Extra Space and let them know I had a great experience with them before and I’d like to come back but only if they aren’t doing what these other companies are. They assured me that they wouldn’t have extravagant rate hikes every couple of months like my previous company. Within three months after coming back to this place and they raised my rate before the promotional period was over, nearly doubling it! Now I fully understood that there was going to be a trial time and eventually the price would go up somewhat, but before I even hit the end of the trial time, they wanted to completely double up on the payment. And when I called them to ask them about it and said this is how you treat loyalty and people who pay their bills on time, every token they said “that’s industry standard“ and whoever told me they wouldn’t do exactly this was wrong. So they said your only option is to keep moving and eventually I will do just that because whether it’s industry standard or not, it’s really bad business practice.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location, specifically due to the manager, Bryan. He was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive; at one point, he stayed on the phone and ignored me without answering my questions. Furthermore, their pricing is completely inconsistent—they raise rates with no rhyme or reason. In just one year, my rent went from $250 to almost $400. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would not recommend this facility if you value professional service, fair pricing, and clear communication.

Bryan was amazing, hands down the best experience I've had with a storage manager! He helped me as if I was family, if I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely stay here as long as I can!
