Just want to thank Mitch for going above and beyond with customer service. He provided me with a great monthly rate after my initial web promotion had expired. This storage facility by far, hands down is the cleanest, safest, most convenient storage around. I love the app that allows you to get in just by pressing the notification on your phone. Can't recommend enough.
