Don’t rent here. We were planning to move out in early August 2026 and so we went through the cancelation and move out process. However when our movers went to move out of our unit, it was restricted and appearlently it seems our card was not going through after canceling our unit it missed just one payment, the last month). We have been renting for 2 years we never had a issue. Tried calling multiple times (left messages) with no one to call back and now to see massive fees added, and still, no call backs.

Staff is very nice, I’ve been here since April and it has been positive. However, due to some life changes I was preparing to reduce my business unit size. I’m also switching units because my rate literally DOUBLED from one month to the next. They made changes since I came here. Now any new tenant or any existing tenant changing units is required to select a minimum stay unless you want to pay a higher rate. You can choose from 6 months, 3 months or no requirement. I’m going to stay for the 3 months and go somewhere else. They don’t offer you up front terms before accepting this. It seems that you can end up accepting these terms and end up paying outrageous amounts by the time you are done. I assume one month is the base rate, then they can start increasing after they send you a 30 day notice. While I have had a great experience with staff, I don’t appreciate the lack of transparency over terms when selecting a new unit:
