I had an amazing experience at this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with outstanding customer service from Pete. He was incredibly informative, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers. The facility itself is spotless—clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my belongings here. Our experience at this storage facility was absolutely outstanding, largely thanks to Pete! From the moment we arrived, Pete made sure our transfer was as smooth as possible. His attentiveness didn't stop there; he regularly checked in on us throughout what was becoming a hot day, ensuring we were doing alright. Pete even went the extra mile and brought us cold water, which was incredibly thoughtful as I was still adjusting to the Arizona heat.
