They could have kept me as a customer but they'd rather lose me (and everything I owned) to get a new customer at half the rate. What kind of company does that to people? Are you gonna trust the new lemmings who agree to write reviews or the ones who got severely burned? =============== Luke is telling the truth. My own rent had tripled to $600. And they absolutely won't do anything beyond the bare minimum required by law. They'll send you the mail notice require by law and nothing more -- even when they already use your email for other stuff. That's what they want to call "transparency" in the responses? They are now the biggest storage player in the country. The whole scam is built on your laziness and apathy. You expected customer service and actual climate control? Get real. This is a real estate investment operation with a stock symbol not a ln empathetic company founded by a faux religious person.

So came into the location of Pecos and saw James. We had rented a unit a week ago and 2 days after my keys got sucked up in the vacuum at the car wash. James helped me get new keys and got us into the unit. AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
