Dave was very helpful with the contract process. Our unit was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The Internet prices beat all other storage facilities that we checked with. Overall, I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure storage space.

Vary helpful when ever you call

In the process of selling my primary residence of 20+ years and moving to a smaller condo, and needed storage in Flagstaff where I was selling and Mesa where the condo was. I had a good experience in Flagstaff with a 10x20x10 unit, but space is expensive in Flagstaff. I the same size space in Mesa with Extra Space, and did the entire transaction from Flagstaff online. It was super easy to review the options and identify the costs (which were lower for the same amount of space). Once my agreement was signed, the directions for move-in were simple and clearly communicated. I came down with 2 26 foot uhauls after normal business hours but was able to get into the facility without problem, pull right up to the unit I had rented (which was perfectly clean) and, to my surprise, found that the 10x20x10 space with Extra Space in Mesa was larger than the one I had in Flagstaff (it had a much taller ceiling)! Also, I had a lock and keys waiting for me and I've gone in and out several times during the week and weekend as I've shifted stuff around. Access is simple, the facility is quiet and in 8-10 trips, I've never been competing for space to load and unload. All in all, it's an excellent arrangement and I'd definitely use Extra Space again.

Lets face it; nobody likes paying for self storage. But sometimes, you find a really great one. For me, it was Saturday, November 23, and I leased a 10x20 interior space at 8803 E Pecos. I met Dan and Dave insde the office and couldn't have found nicer guys. They were both extremely helpful and genuinely caring. They made the entire day better just by their attitudes alone. Its clean, quiet and you can tell these guys take pride in their location If you didnt know better, you'd swear they own the place. Their loyalty is to YOU, the customer, not the rate. In other words, they'd send you down the road if they thought you'd get a better experience. I feel like I gained a couple family members today. You just won't find this hospitality anywhere else. Trust me, I'm somewhat of a veteran with self storage. So if you've been thinking of renting a unit, but maybe you're waiting on the Ellsworth Brickyard facility to get built or thinking of renting at nearby Public Storage---don't. This is where you want to be.

This is a great location with great prices. I appreciate that. Every time I went there there was somebody that was checking the units to make sure that everything was secure. I appreciate the availability for the carts to move boxes. The unit was clean and tidy when I received it. The rental process was quick and easy. The move out process was even easier. Had a great experience. My only request would be that there would be something that holds the doors to the building open while you're trying to go in and out of the units inside. Also to have a bathroom easily located. All in all, I highly recommend these storage units.
