ExtraSpace Storage helped me remedy a mistake when I chose the wrong location. I picked the store that was 13 miles away from my home instead of the store that was just a few minutes away. Fortunately Store Manager Kat Nguyen at 59th Ave/Thunderbird came to the rescue. She helped me transfer from one store to another more convenient location. She called the old location and arranged a refund and then set up the new location. My new storage location is less than 2 miles from my home. She did in 5 min what would have taken days. Thank you Kat. I truly appreciate you.
