Mike provided outstanding customer service from start to finish! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and so helpful throughout the entire process. Every time we saw him, he would ask if we needed anything and made sure we were doing okay. While we were loading our belongings, he even offered us cold water, which was such a thoughtful gesture, especially in the heat.
