I recently visited Extra Space Storage with my mother to rent a unit, and we had a great experience. The customer service was excellent—Chris, the gentleman who assisted us, was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made everything simple and stress-free. It’s always nice to receive service like that.
