Holly is very nice, the facility is quite satisfactory, BUT; I selected this place based on the advertised price of a bit over $100/month. My monthly bill was $159, maybe I missed something? But I was cool with that... sadly that kind of thing is expected. A few months in, all my stuff has been moved in, and I see my bill in my checking account, now it's $239/month. I contact the company and they say they have the right to make "rate adjustments" at any time. It's a rate adjustment when Everyone's rate changes. Jacking my rate up a ton after I've moved in is "bait and switch", a kind of theft. In short, everything is good until they rip you off. Now I have to find another solution, AND move ALL my stuff AGAIN!??
