Just started a lease agreement with this storage company. I ordered a 10x15 which was the correct size for me but located down a row that was so narrow and tight for me to get my trailer in and out. Devon went above and beyond to call me right away when this same size unit became available with more space around for backing my trailer in and out. He stuck to his word and made it happen! He's an outstanding employee that deserves recognition for going above and beyond! Thanks Devon! He truly represents the company with integrity by delivering great customer service. This guy deserves a raise!
